Cheese Pecan Nuggets are delightful bite-sized snacks featuring flaky biscuit dough filled with sharp cheese and topped with crunchy pecan halves, perfect for entertaining or as a savory treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Superbrand butter-me-not biscuits
  • 12 oz. Kraft sharp shredded cheese
  • 40 pecan halves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Open biscuits and divide each biscuit into 4 pieces.
  3. Roll each piece into a ball and spread a layer of shredded cheese on top.
  4. Top each piece with more cheese and a pecan half.
  5. Pull the dough up around the cheese and pecan, pressing together to form a ball.
  6. Place the balls on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 400°F.
  7. Cool on a rack before serving.
