Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 3/4 cup lukewarm milk
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 1/2 to 3 cups flour
  • 12 cubes Velveeta cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Add lukewarm milk, oil, sugar, and salt.
  2. Gradually mix in flour, 1 cup at a time, until dough forms.
  3. Let the dough rise until doubled in size, about 15 minutes.
  4. Pull apart the risen dough into 12 pieces.
  5. Tuck one cube of Velveeta cheese into the center of each piece and close.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
