Ingredients

  • 2 tubes crescent rolls
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages softened cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (optional)
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 package grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Press crescent rolls into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or larger.
  2. Bake according to package directions and let cool.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and dressing until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  5. Press chopped vegetables and grated cheese on top of the spread.
  6. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
