Cheese Squash Crisp

- Arrange squash in greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan so squash are no more than 1 to 1 1/2 inches thick in pan.
- Mix water and lemon juice.
- Pour over squash.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Make topping by combining sugar, flour, salt and margarine.
- Work with fork to form a crumbly mixture.
- Mix in grated cheese.
- Cover top of squash with topping and press down hard.
- Bake at 350° (325° glass pan) for 45 minutes or until light brown.
- Broil for 5 to 10 minutes to brown top for crispness, careful not to burn.
