Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1 lb. Philadelphia cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 lb. Provolone cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Cook a 14-ounce box of manicotti in boiling water for 8 minutes; drain and rinse in cold water.
  2. Prepare the cheese filling by combining mozzarella, cream cheese, and provolone cheeses.
  3. Stuff the cooked manicotti shells with the cheese mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed shells in a baking dish.
  5. Pour milk over the shells.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake until heated through and cheese is bubbly, about 20-25 minutes.
