Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 can biscuits (the cheap kind)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground meat in a skillet.
  2. Add about 1/2 teaspoon salt and 2 shakes of pepper to the meat.
  3. Roll each biscuit very thin.
  4. Sprinkle a generous tablespoon of cooked meat onto each biscuit.
  5. Add a half slice of cheese on top of the meat.
  6. Fold the biscuit over the filling and press around the edges with a fork to seal.
  7. Bake at 400°F on a cookie sheet until golden brown.
