Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
  • 4 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 c. cold milk
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. lemon or vanilla instant pudding

Instructions

  1. Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; press into 9-inch pie pan and chill.
  2. Beat cream cheese until very soft.
  3. Blend in 1/2 cup milk; add remaining milk, brown sugar, vanilla and pudding.
  4. Mix as on package.
  5. Pour into crust and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
