Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 3 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and 1/4 cup of sugar. Press into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch spring-form pan to form the crust.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add 1 cup of sugar and vanilla, and mix well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  5. Stir in sour cream until the mixture is smooth.
  6. Pour the filling over the prepared crust.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 60 minutes or until set.
  8. Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before chilling in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
