Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 2 lb. cream cheese
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 15 minutes. Pour mixer over crust and bake for 30 minutes on 350° or until edge starts to come away from pan.
  2. Center will be jiggly.
  3. Let stand to firm up.
