Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup mustard
  • mayonnaise to taste
  • shredded cheese (any kind, as much as you want)

Instructions

  1. Microwave the cauliflower until tender.
  2. Top the cauliflower with a mixture of mustard and mayonnaise to taste.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the cauliflower.
  4. Cook for 1 or 2 more minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Serve immediately.
