A creamy, cheesy cheese ball perfect for spreading or shaping, featuring sharp Cheddar, velvety cream cheese, and crunchy pecans—ideal for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. cream cheese
  • 5/8 to 3/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 3 oz. Velveeta cheese
  • seasoning salt to taste
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly using your hands.
  2. Leave the mixture in the container and refrigerate until chilled.
  3. When cold, shape into a ball or divide into smaller balls.
  4. Roll the shaped cheese ball(s) in ground pecans.
  5. Chop nuts as desired.
