- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- In a small bowl, combine cooked chicken and 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese.
- Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture on the wide end of each triangle and roll to the opposite point.
- In a medium saucepan, combine cream of chicken soup, milk, and 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
- Heat until the cheese melts and the mixture is smooth.
- Pour half of the soup mixture into an ungreased 8x8-inch dish.
- Arrange the rolled crescents over the soup mixture.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve with the remaining sauce.
