Ingredients

  • 16 oz. box Velveeta cheese
  • 1 lb. pkg. ground beef
  • 1 - 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Fry and drain ground beef.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Place cheese in a microwavable bowl and heat for approximately 3 minutes or until creamy.
  4. Add the cooked ground beef and diced tomatoes to the melted cheese.
  5. Stir well and serve with tortilla chips.
