Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/4 lb crabmeat
  • 1/4 lb diced shrimp
  • 1/4 lb Muenster cheese
  • 1/4 lb dried beef
  • 1/4 cup medium white wine
  • 1/4 lb langostinos
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them well.
  2. Chop the dried beef and Muenster cheese into small pieces.
  3. In a large skillet, sauté the crabmeat, diced shrimp, and langostinos until cooked through.
  4. Add the dried beef to the seafood and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for a minute.
  6. Add the beaten eggs to the skillet and cook gently, stirring constantly.
  7. Sprinkle the chopped Muenster cheese over the mixture and continue cooking until the eggs are set and cheese is melted.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
