Cheesy Meat Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 c. crushed high-iron cereal
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix lightly.
  2. Form into small balls.
  3. Brown in pan or bake in 400° oven until brown.
  4. Add meat balls to spaghetti sauce and cook slowly for 20 minutes until meat balls are done.
  5. Makes 12 meat balls.
