Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Mix Parmesan cheese, flour, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Add peeled and quartered potatoes to the mixture and toss until well coated.
  3. In a 13 x 9-inch pan, coat the bottom with a mixture of oil and margarine.
  4. Add the coated potatoes to the pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour until golden and cooked through.
