Ingredients

  • 1 box lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese grated
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese grated
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Divide cooked lasagna noodles into three portions.
  3. Layer a 13 x 9-inch pan with one third of the noodles.
  4. Spread 1 cup of mashed potatoes over the noodles.
  5. Dot with one third of the butter.
  6. Sprinkle with one third of the grated Cheddar cheese.
  7. Layer another third of noodles over the cheese.
  8. Spread remaining mashed potatoes over the noodles and dot with butter.
  9. Sprinkle with the second third of the grated cheese.
  10. Layer the top with the remaining noodles.
  11. Melt the remaining butter in a saucepan.
  12. Pour the melted butter over the noodles.
  13. Sprinkle with parsley.
  14. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
