Ingredients

  • 1 egg carton
  • 12 to 18 flat bottom ice cream cones
  • 1 (18 oz.) package cake mix
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Cut the bottoms off the egg carton.
  2. Insert the ice cream cones into the holes so the egg carton holds them upright.
  3. Mix the cake mix as directed on the package, using eggs and other ingredients specified.
  4. Fill each cone about two-thirds full with batter.
  5. Microwave bake each cone for 30 to 40 seconds on full power for one cone, adding 15 seconds for two cones.
  6. Let the cones stand in the microwave for 2 minutes after cooking is complete.
