Ingredients

  • 10 oz chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Minute rice

Instructions

  1. Bring the chopped broccoli and water to a boil.
  2. Stir in Velveeta cheese.
  3. Reduce heat to low.
  4. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
  5. Stir in Minute rice.
  6. Cover and remove from heat.
  7. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  8. Stir before serving.
