Cheesy Vegetable Saute
Ingredients
Instructions
- Melt margarine in large skillet.
- Saute peppers, onion, garlic and basil until crisp-tender.
- Stir in tomatoes.
- Place on ovenproof serving platter.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Broil until cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately.
- Serves 4.
