Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, diced
  • 1/3 c. tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles; drain.
  2. Brown onions and meat in oleo.
  3. Combine all other ingredients and noodles.
  4. Put in 2-quart casserole dish. Bake covered at 350° for 1 hour.
  5. Mild tasting.
  6. Very good.
  7. Can be frozen.
