Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground chuck
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pkg Tater Tots
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Mix ground chuck, chopped onion, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Lightly pat the meat mixture into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  3. Arrange Tater Tots over the meat mixture.
  4. Combine cream of mushroom soup and milk; pour over the Tater Tots.
  5. Bake at 350°F until the sauce is bubbly and Tater Tots are golden brown, about 45 minutes.
  6. If using frozen Tater Tots, increase baking time accordingly.
