Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Spread drained crushed pineapple evenly in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Add cherry pie filling over the pineapple layer.
- Sprinkle dry yellow cake mix evenly over the fruit layers.
- Melt margarine (or butter) and pour it evenly over the cake mix.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle chopped pecans over the top.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
