- In mixing bowl combine cake mix, pie filling, extract and eggs.
- Blend well by hand (no mixer).
- Pour into greased and floured 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes, cool slightly.
