Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 1/4 tsp. almond extract
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. In mixing bowl combine cake mix, pie filling, extract and eggs.
  2. Blend well by hand (no mixer).
  3. Pour into greased and floured 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan.
  4. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes, cool slightly.
