Ingredients

  • 7 oz. box Creamettes spaghetti
  • 5 Tbsp. butter
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. diced or chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. diced or chopped celery

Instructions

  1. Drain the cooked spaghetti and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Stir in flour until well combined.
  4. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly to make a smooth sauce.
  5. Add salt, diced onion, chopped green pepper, and diced celery to the sauce.
  6. Cook and stir until the sauce is creamy and the cheese has melted.
  7. Mix the cheese sauce with the cooked spaghetti.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  9. Sprinkle paprika on top of the spaghetti.
  10. Bake in a 350°F oven for 20 to 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
