Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup oleo (butter or margarine)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (lb 6 oz.) can of cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and sugar with baking powder and salt.
  2. Cut in the butter, then add the egg and mix to form crumbs.
  3. Place half of the crumbs into a sheet cake pan.
  4. Pour the can of cherry pie filling over the crumbs.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining crumbs on top.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-35 minutes.
