Ingredients

  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 12 flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cups butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  2. Add sugar, water, and vanilla to the melted butter and stir until combined.
  3. Warm the tortillas to make them pliable.
  4. Place one teaspoon of cherry pie filling on each tortilla and roll it up.
  5. Arrange the rolled tortillas in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  6. Pour the butter, sugar, water, and vanilla mixture over the rolled tortillas.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
