Ingredients

  • 2 cans cherry pie filling
  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/2 sticks low-fat margarine
  • 1/2 cup pecans

Instructions

  1. Place the cherry pie filling in a 9 x 12-inch buttered baking dish.
  2. Cut the low-fat margarine evenly into the yellow cake mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Sprinkle the cake mix mixture evenly over the cherries.
  4. Add the pecans to the cake mix mixture and sprinkle on top.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
