Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin
  • 3 c. boiling water
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. almond flavoring
  • 2 c. heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the cherry gelatin with boiling water and set aside to cool.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Combine the cooled gelatin, whipped cream, cooked rice, salt, sugar, vanilla, and almond flavoring.
  4. Pour into a fancy bowl and chill before serving.
