Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) box cherry Jell-O
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons almond extract

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the cherry Jell-O in boiling water.
  2. Add cooked rice, salt, sugar, vanilla, and almond extract to the dissolved Jell-O.
  3. Chill until the mixture is partially thickened.
  4. Fold in Cool Whip.
  5. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
