Ingredients

  • 12 flour tortillas
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 stick oleo

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, water, and oleo in a small pan and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Place 1 tablespoon of cherry pie filling on each tortilla and roll up like a jelly roll.
  4. Arrange the rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the sugar, water, and oleo mixture over the tortillas.
  6. Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream.
