Instructions
- Mix sugar, water, and oleo in a small pan and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- Place 1 tablespoon of cherry pie filling on each tortilla and roll up like a jelly roll.
- Arrange the rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
- Pour the sugar, water, and oleo mixture over the tortillas.
- Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
- Serve warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream.
