Chestnut-Mushroom Stuffing

Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook and stir the onion, chestnuts and mushrooms in butter. Cook until onion is tender. Add this to 1/3 of the bread cubes.
- In a very large bowl, mix this and all other ingredients.
- Toss!
- Stuff turkey just before roasting.
- Makes 5 quarts; enough for a 20 to 24 pound turkey.
