Chick Pea Dip

Ingredients

  • 29 ounces chick peas can of, - drained but not rinsed
  • 2 roasted bell peppers - any color
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
  2. Wash the peppers and leave them whole. Place on a baking and roast in oven until they become slightly charred.
  3. Let cool then remove stem.
  4. For the Dip:
  5. Place the drained chick peas in a food processor with the garlic, peppers, seasonings and olive oil.
  6. Process this mixture until smooth and fluffy.
  7. Serve with your favorite chips or veggies.
