Ingredients

  • 1 lb. scrubbed dandelion roots

Instructions

  1. Place the scrubbed dandelion roots on a cookie sheet in a single layer.
  2. Dry the roots at 225°F (107°C) for 4 to 5 hours until they are brittle and brown inside.
  3. Grind the dried roots in a coffee grinder.
  4. Brew the ground roots as coffee, using 1/4 less dandelion coffee than you would regular coffee.
