Ingredients

  • 3 cups finely crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 tablespoons white Karo syrup
  • 1.5 tablespoons cocoa
  • 6 tablespoons bourbon

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and form into small balls.
  2. If the balls tend to crumble, add a few drops of bourbon to the mixture.
  3. Roll each ball in powdered sugar.
  4. Store in an airtight container for about a week to ripen.
