Ingredients

  • 1 jar chipped dried beef, soaked to remove salt
  • boneless chicken breast
  • breakfast bacon
  • 2 cans golden mushroom soup
  • 1 can water
  • 8 oz. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Line the bottom of a baking dish with chipped dried beef, soaked to remove excess salt.
  2. Wrap each boneless chicken breast with a slice of breakfast bacon.
  3. Place the wrapped chicken breasts over the beef lining in the baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the golden mushroom soup, water, and sour cream until well combined.
  5. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and beef in the baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 2 hours until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
