- In a large uncovered saucepan, cook celery and cauliflower in chicken broth until almost tender (about 10 minutes). Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, gradually stir milk into undiluted cream of potato soup.
- Blend water, cornstarch, and white pepper together and stir into the soup mixture.
- Pour the soup mixture over the cauliflower and celery in the saucepan.
- Stir in the cooked ham.
- Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
