A comforting one-pan baked chicken dish with creamy sauce and flaky biscuits, perfect for busy weeknights and family dinners alike.

Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cans biscuits

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in one end of a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  2. Mix the can of cream of chicken soup, egg, and milk in a bowl.
  3. Prepare the dressing and put it in the other end of the pan.
  4. Spread the soup, milk, and egg mixture over the entire pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F for approximately 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and place biscuits on top of the mixture.
  7. Bake for another 15 minutes or until the biscuits are browned.
