Ingredients

  • 1/8 of a medium cantaloupe
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2/3 cup OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Flame Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. SEVEN SEAS 1/3 Less Fat VIVA Italian Reduced Calorie Dressing

Instructions

  1. Cut cantaloupe into thin wedges; cut off and discard peels.
  2. Arrange cantaloupe on lettuce-covered serving plate; top with chicken.
  3. Combine yogurt and dressing; drizzle over salad.
  4. Sprinkle with the onions and walnuts.
