Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 can mushrooms (stems and pieces) with liquid
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can sherry wine
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Salt the chicken breasts evenly on all sides.
  2. Mix together the can of mushrooms (including liquid), mushroom soup, sherry wine, and sour cream in a bowl.
  3. Place the salted chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the mushroom mixture over them.
  4. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  5. Serve the chicken hot over rice.
