Chicken Bola

Instructions
- Combine flour, salt, celery salt, garlic salt and nutmeg in a paper sack.
- Shake and dust the chicken.
- Melt the oleo in a skillet and brown each piece of chicken.
- Place in a casserole dish. Drain the pineapple. Combine 1 cup juice, soy sauce and sugar together.
- Pour over chicken.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
- Put pineapple chunks on top of chicken during the last 15 minutes of baking.
- Serve over rice.
