Ingredients

  • 8 half breasts of chicken
  • 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • flour
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Brush the chicken breasts with melted margarine.
  2. Lightly dust them with flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts skin side up in a baking pan.
  4. Add 1/2 cup hot water to the pan.
  5. Cover the pan and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the cover and bake for an additional hour or until the chicken is very tender.
  7. Place a slice of peeled orange on each chicken breast before serving.
