- Brush the chicken breasts with melted margarine.
- Lightly dust them with flour, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts skin side up in a baking pan.
- Add 1/2 cup hot water to the pan.
- Cover the pan and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes.
- Remove the cover and bake for an additional hour or until the chicken is very tender.
- Place a slice of peeled orange on each chicken breast before serving.
