Ingredients

  • 8 chicken breasts (halves)
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Put rice in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Mix the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, water, and salt together.
  3. Pour the soup mixture over the rice.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in melted butter and place on top of the rice and soup mixture.
  5. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
