Ingredients

  • 8 chicken breasts, salted
  • 1 stick margarine or butter
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans water
  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked rice

Instructions

  1. Dip each chicken breast into melted margarine or butter.
  2. Place uncooked rice in a casserole dish.
  3. Mix all canned soups with water and pour the mixture over the rice.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts on top of the rice and soup mixture.
  5. Bake uncovered at 250°F (about 120°C) for 2.5 hours.
  6. During the last 10 minutes, increase the oven temperature to brown the chicken on top.
