Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a 9 by 13 inch pan, place the cut-up chicken pieces.
- Add two layers of Swiss Lorraine cheese over the chicken.
- Sprinkle crushed Catherine Clark Caesar croutons evenly on top.
- Mix chicken broth and sherry together.
- Pour the broth and sherry mixture over the chicken, cheese, and croutons.
- Cover the dish and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove cover and bake for an additional 45 minutes until cooked through and bubbly.
