Ingredients

  • 8 whole chicken breasts or 16 halves, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 layers of Swiss Lorraine cheese
  • 2 boxes Catherine Clark Caesar croutons, crushed
  • 2 cans chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a 9 by 13 inch pan, place the cut-up chicken pieces.
  3. Add two layers of Swiss Lorraine cheese over the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle crushed Catherine Clark Caesar croutons evenly on top.
  5. Mix chicken broth and sherry together.
  6. Pour the broth and sherry mixture over the chicken, cheese, and croutons.
  7. Cover the dish and bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Remove cover and bake for an additional 45 minutes until cooked through and bubbly.
