Chicken Bundle(Method: Grill)

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken quarter
  • 2 slices onion
  • 3 slices summer squash
  • pinch of rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. water

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken on a large piece of heavy-duty foil.
  2. Add the vegetables, seasonings, butter and water.
  3. Fold the foil closely around the chicken and seal.
  4. Cook on grill over hot coals, turning every 10 to 15 minutes, for 1 hour.
  5. Serve in foil.
  6. Serves 1.
