Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps
Ingredients
- 9 oz bacon, coarsely chopped
- 6 oz whole wheat soft wraps ⓘ
- 2 oz coarsely grated Cheddar cheese ⓘ
- 1.5 oz coarsely grated Parmesan cheese ⓘ
- 1 head baby romaine lettuce, leaves separated ⓘ
- 3.5 oz cherry tomatoes, halved ⓘ
- 1 lb shredded cooked chicken ⓘ
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise ⓘ
- 1 clove garlic, minced ⓘ
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp milk ⓘ
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F. Grease 2-3 baking trays.
- Oil a large frying pan and place over medium-high heat. Cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
- Meanwhile, place wraps on baking trays. Sprinkle with cheese then warm in oven until cheese melts.
- Distribute wraps between serving plates. Top with lettuce, tomato, chicken and bacon.
- Whisk together remaining ingredients in a small bowl and season to taste. Drizzle over wraps and roll up to enclose filling.
