Chicken Corn Bread Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 c. crumbled corn bread or corn bread dressing
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped, cooked chicken
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Combine corn bread, green pepper, onion and celery; mix well. Place half of mixture in 2-quart baking dish.
  2. Spread chicken over corn bread layer.
  3. Bake in oven at 300° for 30 minutes.
