Chicken Crescent Roll

Ingredients

  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion or onion powder
  • 1 (10 oz.) can white chunked chicken
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 c. Swiss or Monterey cheese
  • 2 pkg. crescent rolls (Pillsbury)
  • 1 to 2 tomatoes
  • 2 c. shredded lettuce

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except lettuce and tomato. Place mix in rolled out crescent with points to center of tray, forming a circle. Roll up, making a solid ring. Put on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° to 375° for 20 minutes. Garnish center with shredded lettuce and sliced tomato.
