Ingredients

  • 1 large cut up fryer
  • 1 c. sweet milk
  • 1/2 c. pancake mix
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Soak chicken overnight in milk, turning several times; drain. Place dry ingredients in a plastic bag and shake pieces to coat. Fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown; drain.
